Our clinical and studio spaces are now available for rental to like-minded individuals and groups.
Clinical Room
This room is ideal for individual or couples' therapy or consultation. The space is z X y feet and features a small desk, three chairs and a filing cabinet. You can choose between fluorescent overhead lighting or two soft floor lamps. Get a sense of the room by clicking here.
Rate: $12/hour
Studio Space
The space is ideal for small classes and discussion groups. It features high ceilings, one window, track lighting, and hardwood laminate floors. The space is wheelchair accessible and can accomodate approximately 20 chairs for row seating, 8 yoga mats, or 8-12 people in a circle format. Please note that this space was flooded in winter of 2009 and we are still awaiting repair. As such, this space is temporarily unavailable for rental.
Rate: $20/hour, $10/hour surcharge outside of regular store hours
Basement Studio
Our basement studio space is equiped for a range of services, including clinical use (massage table available) and group class or workshop use. Ceilings are low and are not appropriate for classes that involved movement like yoga or dancing. The basement studio is located next to our washroom and is also equipped with an infant change table.
Rate: $15/hour, $10/hour surcharge outside of regular store hours
Special Rate
If you are a Naturopathic Doctor or other health care provider who requires the use of both a clinical room and a treatment room, you may book our clinical room and basement studio/treatment room together for a reduced rate.
Rate: $24/hour
Rental Procedure:
In order to make a space booking, please complete the following steps:
- Call us at 416-463-8368 to confirm the space is available for the times you are interested in.
- Read our rental terms of agreement.
- Download and complete our space rental contract form
- Fax, e-mail, or drop off the contract along with full payment to place your booking.
