If your sex life isn’t firing you up but you’re not quite sure what to change, this workshop is for you. Intercourse, while lovely, is but one dish in a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet. We’ll go over the “menu” so you can be inspired and get ideas for what you might enjoy trying at home. And then we’ll talk about how to comfortably and confidently share your wish list with a partner.
In this workshop, Tara covers:
- Practical tips for talking about sex
- How to get in touch with your own sexuality
- Exploring personal sexual tastes. What do you like?
- The joy of manual and oral stimulation – how to feel more comfortable asking for it, receiving it, and providing direction
- How to introduce toys, porn, lube and other goodies to the bedroom (if you so desire)
Better Sex for You is a safe place to examine desires and inhibitions and those things that have been holding you back from having the luscious sex life you deserve. The super-shy and the bold will both feel so comfortable with Tara.
